Happy Daylight Savings Day! The first official sign Spring is upon us. Trees are starting to color up, fruit trees starting to flower, and the birds are back providing their musical morning rituals for us. The days are becoming a little warmer while the evenings continue to be cool and refreshing. Truly one a perfect time of the year to be in Moab. Our winter has been a mild one this year and visitors from around the state have taken advantage of it. Moab winter contained the perfect combination of mountain biking the local trails to cross country skiing and snowmobiling in the La Sals. All in the same day if you like. Truly living in paradise.
We would like to let you know about road construction happening in Arches National Park this year. Due to all the visitors, the road going into the park will be receiving some maintenance. Therefore, the park will close to NO TRAFFIC (including bikes) starting at 7pm until 7am. All the information will be provided in the Moab Happenings circular.
In just under a month, the town will be buzzing with jeeps from all over for the annual Jeep Safari. We are looking forward to seeing our old friends and welcoming new ones. Please be safe in your travels and we will be seeing you very soon!
